    Ask at the register

    1. 1Hand the card to a cashier at any T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra or Homesense register and ask for a balance check.
    2. 2They scan or key in the card and the balance shows on the terminal.
    3. 3Nothing is charged — a balance inquiry is not a purchase.
  3. Method 3 · By phone

    Call the number on the card

    1. 1Call the toll-free number printed on the back of the card.
    2. 2Follow the prompts for a balance inquiry and enter the gift card number and CSC on the keypad.
    3. 3The balance is read back to you. Note it in The Wallet Station app so you do not have to call again.
